FTW’s First Grand Reunion: A Night to Remember

On February 21, 2025, FTW Foundation hosted its first-ever grand reunion, bringing together alumni from all batches—an unforgettable evening filled with celebration, connection, and inspiration.

A Memorable Guest Speaker: Lorelie Panaligan on the Importance of Women in AI

The reunion kicked off with a powerful talk from Lorelie of Responsible Analytics and AI council. She captivated the audience with her insights on the critical role women play in the rapidly evolving world of artificial intelligence. Her words resonated with everyone, empowering the women in the room to continue breaking boundaries and making their mark in tech. It was a powerful reminder of how far we’ve come, and how much further we still have to go.

Celebrating Connections and Memories

The night wasn’t just about the speeches—it was also about reconnecting with old friends and mentors. Alumni from every batch of our Data Science program, including those who participated in the Accenture x FTW program, reunited to reminisce, share stories, and celebrate their collective journey. The atmosphere was filled with joy, laughter, and the unmistakable energy of a community that has supported one another every step of the way.

Fun and Games: Merch, Photobooth, and More

The celebration was filled with fun surprises! We had exclusive FTW merchandise for sale, offering everyone a chance to take home a piece of the evening’s memories. And the photobooth was a hit, with guests snapping pictures and making memories with their fellow alumni. The photos are a testament to the laughter and joy that filled the room.

A Generous Gesture from John Clements

A special thank you goes out to John Clements for generously donating their beautiful space for the event. Their support allowed us to gather all our alumni in a warm, welcoming environment, and we are incredibly grateful for their partnership.

Looking Ahead

FTW’s first grand reunion was more than just an event—it was a celebration of everything our alumni have achieved and continue to achieve. It’s a reminder that the FTW community is a lifelong network that’s always there to support, uplift, and empower. We can’t wait to do it again, and we’re already looking forward to the next reunion!
