If you are an unstoppable, gritty career switcher who is determined to upskill in tech but lacks the resources and opportunity to do so, you are our ideal candidate. We’re looking for 30 women looking to kick-start their careers in Data Science.

REQUIREMENTS

If you are a woman who is passionate about upskilling your career in tech and have the aptitude and the attitude to learn Data Science, this could be your chance for a once in a lifetime opportunity!

  • NO minimum work experience required. 

  • NO technical background required, but familiarity with statistical analysis, Data Visualization and programming can help you understand the training faster.

  • NO age limit.

  • For this batch, a bachelor’s degree is required to join the program.

  • MUST be able to attend ALL our Saturday classes. We may be training with a combination of face-to-face classes and remote sessions.
    All women are encouraged to apply, no matter their circumstance, just remember that attendance is mandatory! 

  • MUST have laptop and reliable internet access ready.
    While laptops and internet access won’t be provided by FTW, all other training materials will be shared by us in the form of presentations and other tools. We will be requesting you to sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to sharing the materials

  • March 16, 2024 - Opening of FTW Data Science Scholarship Program Batch 9 application

  • April 6, 2024 - Last day of application

  • April 20, 2024 - Interview and workshop

  • April 22-26 2024 - Announcement of FTW Foundation Data Science Scholarship Program awardees

  • May 4, 2024 - Start of FTW Data Science Scholarship Program Batch 9 classes
