  • Who can apply for the Coupa Scholarship?

We welcome women with the aptitude and attitude to learn skills in using Coupa. Coupa is the leading eProcurement platform used by businesses globally. If you are passionate about upskilling and are determined to switch to a career in technology, this training could be exactly what you need.

  • What is the minimum educational requirement to join this program?

For this scholarship, the applicant must possess a Bachelor’s Degree.

  • What is the minimum work experience to join this program?

There’s no minimum work experience required but having 1-2 years of technical experience with procurement, finance, engineering, or IT would be a great starting point for you to thrive in this career. If you are a team player with strong analytical and communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

  • What technical background will help me succeed in this program?

A background in procurement process, supply chain or familiarity in e-Procurement tools (e.g. Coupa, Ivalua, Ariba, SAP MM, SAP Finance, Oracle Procurement) can help you complete the training more easily. Please take note that this is just preferred/recommended but not required. Anyone with grit is welcome!

  • How do I apply for the Coupa Scholarship?

Fill out the form below and wait to be redirected to the application form for Accenture x Coupa Scholarship Program. Finish the application form and on the final page, you will see the link to the assessment. You will also receive an email with the link to the assessment so you can take the assessment at a different time if you wish. Take note that the deadline for submitting the assessment is on May 18, 2024. This is a rolling application so the sooner you complete the assessment, the higher your chances of making it. Make sure to use the same email address throughout the application and assessment process, otherwise we might lose track of your application.

  • Can you tell me more about the assessment process?

The first two parts of the process take around 1 hour. You can do each part at different times. At the end of each part, you have the option to proceed immediately or wait for emailed instructions on how to move on to the next phase of the application.

  • When will I hear about my submitted application?

You’ll be receiving an email after completing each part but final scholarship results will be announced on or before June 4, 2024.

  • What should I do if my application or assessment is disrupted?

If your application or assessment is disrupted by slow internet connection or any other error, email us right away at scholarships@ftwfoundation.org and we will advise you on the next steps to take.

OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

  • I live outside of Metro Manila. Can I apply?

Absolutely! The training will be done online but should you be offered employment after successfully finishing the training, you must be willing to relocate to one of the Accenture Hubs in Metro Manila, Ilocos, or Cebu for a probable hybrid work set-up.

  • I am a foreigner looking to study in PH. Can I also apply?

We are currently prioritizing local applicants as there may be in-person attendance requirements.

  • Do you accept applicants with medical/mental/physical conditions?

As long as you pass the FTW selection process and can commit to attending ALL 7 Saturday sessions (virtual, on MS Teams) as well as complete the program requirements, you are free to join. FTW encourages all women who dream of upskilling to a new tech career but it is an intensive program and 100% scholar commitment is required.

SCHOLARSHIP DETAILS

  • What is the schedule of the training?

Classes will be held on Saturdays, from 9:00am to 6:00pm for 7 Saturdays starting June 8, 2024

  • Where will the classes be held?

No allowance is provided.

  • Are the scholars given an allowance provided for the duration of the training?

Classes will be held online using Microsoft Teams.

  • Is wearing a uniform required?

No, scholar-trainees can attend the training in smart casual attire.

  • Will I be given a certificate/is there certification?

Certificate of attendance will be issued after you have successfully completed the program. Should you be offered employment, you will have the possibility of being issued a certificate in Microsoft 365 (M365).

  • Who will teach in this program?

The instructors for this training program are Coupa-certified Accenture leaders.

  • Does Accenture hire after scholarship training?

After training completion, Accenture will validate the scholar’s performance during training and will conduct a final interview. Everyone who will pass the interview will be endorsed to Accenture’s HR Team.

  • Is there any obligation of employment to accept the scholarship?

No. Any scholar who will be offered employment after the training has the option to accept or refuse the employment offer by Accenture.

RESOURCES AND TOOLS

  • Since it will be an online training, will Accenture be providing a laptop?

No. All scholars are required to have a laptop and internet access ready to be a part of this program.

  • Will the tools and reading materials be provided to us for free?

Yes, training materials will be shared in the form of PowerPoint presentations. Since these materials are the property of Accenture, we will be requesting you to sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to sharing the materials.

  • Will you provide internet allowance?

No, all participants must be ready with a stable internet connection upon joining.
